　　 3. When the gear oil pump stops working, the oil return valve should be loosened slowly. After the pressure gauge slowly returns to zero, the oil pipe joint nut of the jack can be removed. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the oil pipe or pressure gauge when under load, and cooperate with the gear pump of the double-acting jack. It is better to use the two-way gear pump with simultaneous oil delivery.

The oil-resistant rubber pipe must be resistant to high pressure, and the working pressure should not be higher than the rated oil pressure of the gear oil pump or the actual maximum oil pressure. The length of the tubing should not be less than 2.5m. When one gear oil pump drives two jacks, the tubing specifications should be the same.

Gear oil pumps and jacks should use the specified oil number working oil, generally No. 10 or No. 20 mechanical oil, and other hydraulic oils with similar properties, such as transformer oil, can also be used. The oil poured into the oil tank should be filtered frequently. It is filtered once a month for regular use, and the fuel tank should be cleaned regularly. The oil level in the oil tank should generally be kept at about 85%. When it is insufficient, it should be replenished in time. The oil should be the same as the oil in the original pump. The oil temperature in the oil tank should generally be 10-40°C, and should not be used at negative temperatures.

　　 6. The tubing should avoid bending under working pressure. The oil tank connecting the gear oil pump and the jack should be kept clean. When not in use, it should be sealed with screws to prevent the ingress of sand. The exposed oil nozzles of the gear oil pump and the jack should be sealed with a nut to prevent dust. Debris enters the machine. After using it every day, the gear oil pump should be wiped clean to remove the grease on the copper wire cloth.
