In order to increase the pipe joint suffered shock and vibration caused by loose leakage of Q345E steel plate, can take the following measures:

The use of shock absorber bracket fixed all the tubes for the shock and vibration;

Use low impact valve or accumulator to increase impact;

Proper arrangements for the pressure control valve to cover all the components of the system;

Try to add the number of the pipe joints, pipe welding joint as far as possible;

The use of straight thread joint, three joint and elbow replacement tapered pipe thread;

We try to use the oil return block instead of all piping;

Seventhly, for the use of the lowest pressure, rules installation using torque of the bolt and plug torque, to avoid joint surface and a sealing member is swallowed up;

The accurate installation of pipe joints.
