The technical progress of nitrile rubber materials is mainly manifested in the aspects of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and abrasion resistance; while the technical progress of polyurethane rubber materials is mainly manifested in the aspects of hydrolysis resistance and abrasion resistance.

The working temperature of high temperature resistant nitrile rubber can be in the range of -25~150℃; the working temperature of low temperature resistant nitrile rubber can be in the range of -45~100℃.

The working temperature of polyurethane can be in the range of -45~110℃. The working temperature of fluoroelastomer can be in the range of -30~200℃. Everyone knows the application of PTFE in the hydraulic cylinder industry. Generally, the working temperature of PTFE can be in the range of -150~ 250°C range. On the other hand, the technological progress of hydraulic cylinder sealing materials lies in the coating (encapsulation) sealing ring and surface treatment (including coating) sealing ring. The coated sealing ring can adapt to different working medium requirements and working temperature; the surface treatment sealing ring can reduce friction resistance and adhesion to the surface of moving parts.
