　　2. When the hydraulic pressure comes back to relieve the pressure, you should first loosen the handwheel or the pressure regulating screw at the overflow valve and other places to unload the pressure oil, and then block the power supply or power source to stop the hydraulic equipment.

　　 3. When disassembling, avoid damaging the top thread of the piston rod, the thread of the oil port, the appearance of the piston rod, and the inner wall of the cylinder liner. In order to avoid bending or deformation of the slender parts such as the piston rod, use the skid to support the balance.

　　4. The disassembly must be carried out in order, because the structure and size of various hydraulic cylinders are not the same, and the disassembly sequence is also slightly different. Generally, drain the oil in the two chambers of the cylinder, then disassemble the cylinder head, and then disassemble the piston and piston rod. When disassembling the cylinder head of the hydraulic oil cylinder, special tools should be used for the key or snap ring of the internal key type connection to prevent the use of flat shovel. For the flange type end cover, it is necessary to use screws to push out, and hammering or Hard pry.

　　 5. Before and after disassembly, try to create conditions to prevent the parts of the hydraulic cylinder from being contaminated by surrounding dust and impurities.

　　6. After disassembling the cylinder, check carefully to determine which parts can be used continuously, which parts can be used after repair, and which parts need to be replaced.

　　7. A special wrench should be used when tightening the threaded connection, and the torque should conform to the specification and the specification.

　　 8. When the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the main engine, it is necessary to add a sealing ring and tighten the oil inlet and outlet joints to prevent oil leakage.

　　 9. After installation, there should be no sense of blockage and inequality of resistance when the piston assembly moves.
