A hydraulic pump station can also become a hydraulic station, which is generally an electromechanical device that provides lubrication and power for the operation of machinery produced by large and medium-sized industries.        1. The main pipe (suction pipe and return pipe), the suction pipe of the hydraulic pump and the return pipe of the system are the main pipes of the hydraulic system. They must enter the suction area and the oil return area separated by the partition, and the pipe ends should be processed into The 45-degree oblique opening towards the box wall can increase the opening area and circulate along the box wall.

       In order to prevent the suction pipe from sucking in air or mixing air from the oil return pipe, and not to agitate or suck the bottom of the tank, the upper edge of the nozzle should be at least 75mm below the liquid level, and the bottom edge of the nozzle should be at least 50mm from the bottom of the tank. The distance between the suction pipe port and the side wall of the fuel tank should be greater than 3 times the diameter of the suction pipe.

       The oil return pipe mouth should be at least 200mm below the liquid level, and the distance from the bottom surface of the fuel tank should be greater than 2 to 3 times the outer diameter of the oil return pipe. When the flow rate of the oil return pipe is too high, an oil tank-shaped diffuser drilled with many small holes can be installed at the end of the oil return pipe. A coarse filter should be installed before the oil suction pipe to clean larger particles and maintain the hydraulic pump; it is recommended to install a fine filter on the oil return pipe to filter out fine particles and maintain hydraulic components.

       2. Oil drain pipe The drain pipe of the hydraulic system should be connected to the oil tank separately and above the liquid level as far as possible. If the drain pipe is below the liquid level, measures must be taken to prevent siphoning. For example, a small hole can be made in the part of the drain pipe where the liquid level is exposed.

       3. Perforated sealed oil pipes often pass through the top or wall of the tank and enter the tank. The perforation must be properly sealed. A boss 20mm higher than the top of the tank is welded at the interface to prevent dirt on the top of the hydraulic system from falling into the tank during maintenance. If the oil pipe passes through the tank wall and enters the oil tank, in addition to proper sealing, a shut-off valve must be installed to facilitate the maintenance of the components outside the oil tank.
