Drying method of hydraulic cylinder

We all know that when the hydraulic cylinder is left unused for a period of time, the insulation resistance of the group is found to decrease, especially in the rainy season, it may even decrease to zero. At this time, it should be dried. The specific drying treatments are as follows:

　　1. General drying method of hydraulic cylinder:

　　①External drying: the bulb should not be close to the coil, and the end coil should not be close to the bottom of the oven. The part of the motor close to the heat source should be measured with a thermometer, and its temperature should not exceed 85°C.

　　②Short-circuit drying, DC drying: The higher allowable temperature of the coil is measured by resistance, the insulation of group A does not exceed 90℃, and the insulation of class B does not exceed 110℃. Thermometer measurement, A-class insulation does not exceed 70 ℃, B-class insulation does not exceed 90 ℃. The current through the winding is higher and does not exceed the rated current of the motor

　　③The stator core loss is dry.

　　 2. The external heat source heating method should be a special hydraulic motor drying box for drying. This method is easy to operate, safe and reliable.

　　3. After the damp hydraulic motor is disassembled and inspected, a high-power incandescent bulb is put into the motor for baking, but it is only suitable for small motors that are easy to disassemble and inspect. For large and medium-sized or difficult-to-disassemble motors, the workload is relatively large, and the feasibility is also reduced.

　　4. The hydraulic cylinder should pay attention to:

　　①When this method is operated, the bulb or heat source should not be too close to the coil to prevent the coil from being burned out. You can cover the motor shell with canvas and other items for heat preservation.

②When drying, you should use more thermometers, which are distributed in several different parts of the coil and iron core. Good contact and isolation from the air are required. The temperature should rise slowly (usually 5-8°C per hour is allowed). Adjustable input The current is controlled.

　　③When drying, when the insulation resistance and absorption ratio increase and reach the standard, they will be stable for 3-5 hours at a uniform temperature, and then the drying can be terminated. Take care to prevent the resurgence of the power plant in standby

　　④In the drying process, the insulation resistance, temperature and current value should be recorded on time, and always be monitored.

　　Hydraulic cylinders should be dehumidified in advance after they are used for a period of time. Drying treatment will reduce the damage to the equipment and the occurrence of potential safety hazards.
