1. In order to avoid the oil leakage of the engineering cylinder due to the distortion. When installing the O-ring, do not pull the engineering cylinder to the degree of deformation, and do not roll it while installing it.

        2. The V-shaped sealing ring is composed of a supporting ring, a sealing ring and a pressure ring with different shapes. When the pressure ring compresses the sealing ring, the supporting ring can make the sealing ring shape and play a sealing role. The opening of the engineering oil cylinder faces the pressure oil chamber. When adjusting the pressure ring of the engineering cylinder, the oil leakage should not be the limit, and the pressure should not be too tight to prevent excessive sealing resistance. For the Y-shaped sealing ring, its lip should deal with the pressure oil cavity, and the Yx-shaped sealing ring should be distinguished between shaft and hole use, and do not install it wrong. In addition, when installing Y-shaped and V-shaped sealing rings, pay attention to the installation direction to avoid oil leakage due to installation.

        3. If the sealing device is matched with the sliding surface, a proper amount of hydraulic oil should be applied during assembly.

        4. All O-rings and dust-proof rings after disassembly should be replaced with new ones.

Engineering hydraulic cylinders When installing the hydraulic cylinders on the main engine, seal rings should be added and tightened between the inlet and outlet joints to prevent oil leakage. After the assembly engineering oil cylinder is completed, there should be no blockage and uneven resistance when the piston assembly moves. After the piston and the piston rod are assembled, try to measure whether the coaxiality and straightness over the full length are out of tolerance. After assembling the engineering cylinder as required, perform several reciprocating movements under low pressure to remove the gas in the engineering cylinder.
