Normal use of hydraulic cylinderWhen using the cylinder, you must carefully exhaust the air in the cylinder. For those occasions with residual air, we should fully operate at low speed to exhaust the air. When the residual air in the cylinder is clamped, the action of the hydraulic oil will burn the seal ring. If the hydraulic cylinder is placed horizontally, no bending moment is allowed, as this will cause the hydraulic cylinder to leak oil. This will also affect the internal seal. Therefore, there is such a requirement. The output force of the hydraulic cylinder is proportional to the effective area of the piston and the pressure difference on both sides; the hydraulic cylinder is basically composed of a cylinder barrel and a cylinder head, a piston and a piston rod, a sealing device, a buffer device and an exhaust device. The buffer device and the exhaust device depend on the specific application, and other devices are essential. The roughness of the contact surface of the inner lip and outer lip of the hydraulic cylinder seal will affect its oil leakage, because the entire hydraulic cylinder seal has been moving in a small range during the operation of the hydraulic cylinder. When the roughness is too large, oil will accumulate on the surface area. When the pressure is low, the seal will return to its original state, and the oil will remain on the oil leakage side. After long-term use, the oil will overflow from the cylinder and cause oil leakage when the oil is drained. Replace the oil in the hydraulic cylinder. Due to long-term use, foreign matter will inevitably enter the cylinder, so friction will occur during use. In addition, hydraulic oil also has a service life. If the oil is not replaced for a long time, the cylinder will be damaged or corroded. |
